Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and Professional Apothecary Certification (Apoteker)

* Valid STRA (Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker)

* Previous experience in a clinic or hospital is an advantage

* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

* Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible

* Willing to work in South Jakarta or as needed

* Interested in beauty, health, and wellness industry

Responsibilities

* Responsible for dispensing prescription medications

* Provide information and advice on proper drug usage and ensure the safe and effective use of pharmaceuticals

* Maintain proper records of controlled substances as per legal and institutional requirements

* Ensure all medications are stored properly and stock is rotated

* Comply with all local, national, and international pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines

* Manage stock levels, conduct inventory audits, and order pharmaceutical supplies as needed

* Collaborate with suppliers and distributors for timely restocking and procurement

* Provide emergency medication advice and intervention when necessary

* Maintain accurate patient records and medication histories

* Document adverse drug reactions and report them as required

* Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and therapeutics, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high ethical and professional standards
