Plastic Surgeon

* Indonesian citizen

* No criminal record or violations of the medical code of ethics

* Completed education in Reconstructive and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (Sp.BP-RE) and holds a Specialist degree (Sp.BP-RE)

* Has an active STR as a Plastic Surgeon

* Holds a valid Practice License (SIP), if previously employed

* Preferably has a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Plastic Surgeon

* Additional training/certifications in aesthetic or reconstructive surgery is a plus

* Experienced in aesthetic surgical procedures (such as rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, facelift, liposuction, etc.)

* Skilled in using the latest medical technologies

* Prioritizes patient safety and communicates medical procedures clearly

* Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

* High empathy for patients

* Thorough, neat, and consistent in medical documentation
