There are many healthy diets you can implement every day. They're not difficult, but they do require consistency. Here are five effective diets to “save“ for your old age, ensuring you stay healthy and fit!

1. Eat Healthy Foods for Your Diet

Adjusting your diet doesn't mean cutting out all foods. It's best to combine complex carbohydrates, protein, healthy fats, fiber, and vitamins. Overeating, even healthy foods, can still lead to weight gain.

Choose healthy foods for your diet, such as fish, eggs, and nuts. Fiber-rich foods, both soluble and insoluble, such as vegetables, fruits, and whole grains, also help you feel full longer and improve digestion. Be sure to avoid processed foods high in sugar, salt, and trans fats.

Recommended fiber intake:
- Adult women: around 25 grams of fiber per day
- Adult men: around 30–38 grams of fiber per day

You can choose a breakfast menu with oatmeal, bread, vegetables, boiled eggs, or a fruit smoothie to maintain your energy throughout the day. If you have certain medical conditions, it's best to consult a doctor to choose the right menu.

2. Drink Enough Water

Water helps the body's metabolism and natural detoxification. Furthermore, drinking enough water helps maintain a proper diet, as it can reduce unrealistic hunger, improve digestion, maintain healthy skin, and help eliminate toxins through urine and sweat. It is recommended to drink 2 liters per day, but those with certain medical conditions should consult a doctor.

3. Get Enough Sleep

Lack of sleep can affect the hunger hormones (ghrelin) and satiety hormones (leptin), making the body feel hungry more quickly. Getting 7–8 hours of sleep per night is part of a healthy lifestyle. Avoid using gadgets for at least an hour before bed to avoid radiation exposure, which can affect the quality of your sleep.

4. Physical Activity or Exercise

Choose activities such as walking, cycling, yoga, or other sports for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour per day. Make sure the exercise you do is suitable and appropriate for your body type.

5. Do You Need Nutritional Supplements?

Nutritional supplements are used to complement a healthy diet, not replace daily meals. However, nutrient-fortified foods or certain supplements can help meet the needs of one or more nutrients. Additionally, supplements may be recommended for those with allergies or intolerances, who must limit certain foods, or who suffer from certain medical conditions.

Consult a doctor or nutritionist to determine if supplements are safe for you to consume. Be sure to also ask about possible side effects of taking supplements.

A healthy and proper diet requires consistency to maintain a healthy body and ideal weight. However, for certain conditions, such as stubborn fat, dieting alone is not enough. It requires specific methods such as LAMS (Local Anesthesia Minimally Invasive LipoSuction), which effectively removes fat in targeted areas and sculpts specific contours.

The LAMS procedure is performed at Mayapada Hospital to world-class standards and is performed by certified plastic surgeons from Korea. For more detailed information about LAMS and liposuction treatments, you can visit this LAMS Area page. LAMS is not just an aesthetic treatment but also the first step towards a better quality of life!
